I know because I have been that pastor. Not only are our battles spiritual, but they are personal, relational, and organizational. Yet with all of the internal and external obstacles we must overcome each day, I believe that God has uniquely called YOU to lead positive, God-honoring, world-changing, Jesus-centered, people-focused, church-building change.
