Hey, I’m Shay Wood — pastor, husband, dad, and someone who’s walked through enough ministry fire to know how easy it is to lose heart.

I started Love2Lead because I believe church leaders don’t have to choose between bold change and a healthy soul.

You can lead faithfully, love deeply, and still come out the other side with your heart intact.
